STEVE LINDER

Steve Linder is a retired Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal with over 27 years in federal law enforcement. Throughout his career, he protected some of the nation’s highest-ranking judges and officials, overseeing judicial security for the largest federal courthouse in the United States. His expertise includes threat management, active shooter response, executive protection, physical security and cyber security.
After retiring from federal service, Steve transitioned his skills into the private sector, where he now serves as the Director of Security for a major healthcare network. In this role, he leads training and investigations, reviews use-of-force incidents, and consults on defensive tactics and workplace safety.
Beyond his professional work, Steve is deeply committed to community service. As the founder of Lifetough Kids Boxing Club, he’s spent over a decade teaching children and adults self-defense, resilience, and confidence — helping thousands learn how to protect themselves and others.
A Golden Gloves Champion and national boxing titleholder, Steve brings the same focus and discipline from the ring into every training, keynote, and consultation he delivers. Today, through AANGL Investigations, he continues his lifelong mission: helping people stay safe, strong, and ready for anything.
